UP Ibalon

History

UP Ibalon is a socio-cultural organization and the only regional organization of Bicolano students based in the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Founded on December 1, 1974, UP Ibalon is committed to promoting loyalty, truth, solidarity, and social, cultural, economic and political consciousness among students.
