1242nd Meeting of the Board of Regents, 26 March 2009 (Thursday), at the Board of Regents Room, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City

Pleased be informed that the 1242nd meeting of the Board of Regents will be held on Thursday, 26 March 2009, 9:00 a.m., at the Board of Regents Room, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City. Matters you wish to be included in the Agenda should be submitted on or before Friday, 13 March 2009. This is to give ample time for staff work. Moreover, we are now required by the Board to send them the agenda at least a week (7 days) before the scheduled meeting. Effective this month, we will no longer provide the Board with additional items (Addenda) after the regular agenda has been delivered.

We hope everybody complies with the aforementioned deadline. Otherwise your item/s will be included in next month's agenda of the Board.
