UP Wiloci Run 2012
When: March 25, 2012
Where: UP Academic Oval, UP Diliman Campus
Registration Starts at 5am and closes at 6am
Gun start: 6:30am (5k) and 6:40am (3k)
GENERAL MECHANICS:
1. Registration will strictly start at 5:00 am and closes at 6:00 am.
2. After the registration period, the event organizers shall ask all the participants to convene at the starting line for the short program, announcement of rules and for the warm up exercises.
3. The 3K race gun start is at 6:40 am and for the 5K race the gun start is at 6:30 am.
... 4. On the gun start, the starting line rope shall be released by assigned marshals to indicate the start of the fun run. Marshals will be at designated points on the route and shall serve as route markers.
5. Water stations will be available on the indicated portions of the route.
6. A first aid station will be available and first aiders will be on stand-by .
7. Marshals patrolling the route are in charge to assess the participants’ conditions. People who can no longer run will be transported back to the nearest medical station or to the fun run HQ.
MECHANICS FOR MEN AND WOMEN 5K RACE
1. The race is open to all men and women of all ages, provided that registered and registration fee is paid.
2. Gun start is at 7:00 am
3. Top finishers who will cross the finish line will be determined through the time record they achieve as recorded by the marshals at the finish line.
4. Winners placing 1st through 3rd (male and female) will receive prizes.

1. The race is open to all men and women of all ages, provided registered and registration fee is paid.

ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event without notice, should they consider this necessary for safety reasons. However, the organizers will exert all means to post prior notice, whenever possible, at the race website for any change to the event details or cancellation of the event due to inclement weather.
2. Each participant will run on the appro...ved course as directed, will not accept outside assistance and will accept the Head Marshal’s decision as final.
3. The organizers have the right to reject or cancel any entry at any time.
4. Supporters are not allowed to follow the runners. There are designated areas for the supporters/audience.
5. Registration fee is non-refundable.
6. No dogs are permitted to accompany the runners.
