Alvic M. Padilla

Assistant Professor Alvic M. Padilla is a regular faculty member teaching public fiscal management, governmental accounting and budgeting at the U.P. National College of Public Administration and Governance. He obtained his master's and bachelor's degrees in public administration from the University of the Philippines.
