the UVLe file picker

The UVLe File Picker enables the uploading and sharing of files on UVLe. It also allows one to specify the applicable license, thereby clarifying possible copyright issues right at the moment of sharing.

The Picker becomes visible when you click on "Turn editing on" and "Add a resource" | "File".
