1. Ethno-linguistic group: Kalinga
2. General physical description: bamboo zither which has five to nine strings made by lifting up thin strips from the hard skin of the bambvoo tube itself. Small individual wooden bridges are inserted at both ends of each string.
3. General playing technique: plucked.
4. Musical function: imitating the sounds of the flat gong ensemble.
5. Playing circumstance: for accompanying songs, played solo.
