The ILC Diliman will be implementing the following multimedia services proposed rate upon the approval of the Chancellor.

Rates for UP Constituents

Video Recording Package minimum 2-cam setup post production work web-ready flv output archiving of raw video for a month upload option on DILC websites (The rate above includes minimal editing only. Video Conferencing Package (Polycom system) conference room with a seating capacity of up to 20 (oval table, seats & sofa, if held at DILC) dedicated video conferencing line wifi access (if held at DILC) projector (if held at DILC) screen (if held at DILC) teleconferencing equipment (Polycom VSX7000) - one-to-one connection only For Skype or browser-based video conference, please refer to rates for facility and equipment	P2,000/hr	P1,000/hr
