The UP Institute for Maritime Affairs & Law of the Sea cordially invites you to an international forum on the “Rule of Law in the South China Sea: After the Judgment of the Arbitral Tribunal in Philippines vs. China-Possible Futures, Potential Options”.

Legal experts from USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines are invited to discuss a summary and simplification of the legal issues of the Philippines vs. China case, and to provide legal and non-legal suggestions on the ramifications of subsequent policies and pronouncements of the newly installed Duterte Administration.

The event is open to the public and registration is free of charge.
