Perlita M. Frago-Marasigan (Ph.D., Kobe University) is an assistant professor of political science at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is a former deputy director of the Third World Studies Center. She obtained her Master of Public Administration (MPA) and B.A. in political science degrees from U.P.
