Vodcast, sometimes called video-on- demand are video files uploaded in the web for many reasons. One of which is to watch it over and over again either for familiarity or evaluation or mastery.
The Diliman Interactive Learning Center has a file of academic vodcast at their website, www.dilc.upd.edu.ph
