This program gives students a skill set that prepares them for their profession. The curriculum for this program has been revised frequently to keep up with the technology available for students. Aside from being skilled, the students are trained to be socially responsible and very critical since they hold the power of the press. The Commission on Higher Education has also patterned other journalism programs with the curriculum of this department and has named it a Center of Excellence in Journalism. | ||

Description
This department offers an undergraduate program under the College of Mass Communication, the first offered by this college.
