Through Publicly Funded Research for the Purpose of Crafting the Implementing Rules and Regulations and Guidelines for the Technology Transfer Act of 2009
(Discussion paper used as the instrument for the research was posted on-line and transmitted via electronic mail by the DOST Secretariat to participants of the consultation meetings. A draft terminal report was submitted on August 2011 to PCASTRD while the researcher was awaiting comments from the Technical Working Group in anticipation of the finalization of the Guidelines. Subsequent comments and requests for revision of the guidelines were thereafter received by the researcher through the Department of Science and Technology from the Department of Trade and Industry and the Intellectual Property Office on 21 March 2012 which will be incorporated in the final version of the report. )
