Dr. Belinda A. Aquino is a former faculty member of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance. She left the college to join the University of Hawaii wherein she is now a Professor Emeritus.

Dr. Aquino served as the director of the Center for Philippine Studies and as fellow of the Policy Center of Hawaii of the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Research

Professor Aquino conducted research on the politics of Philippine corruption, the Marcos' "hidden wealth" and recovery efforts, and women and politics.
