Francisco "Dodong" Nemenzo, Jr. is a Professor Emeritus of the U.P. College of Social Sciences & Philosophy (CSSP), teaching political science. He holds a Ph.D. in Political History from the University of Manchester. He finished his Master in Public Administration (MPA) and Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (BAPA) from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Administrative Positions

Dr. Nemenzo served as U.P. President, Chancellor of U.P. Visayas and dean of the College of Arts of Sciences -- the predecessor of CSSP, College of Arts & Letters (CAL) and College of Science (CS). It is during his time as the University President that the Revised General Education Program (RGEP) was implemented.
