College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Association Food Center or CASAA is the food court located just across the street from the East Wing of the Palma Hall or A. S.

There are eight different establishments found inside CASAA: Gloria's Fastfood (which has two stalls right across from each other), Pasta House, Special Treats, Chinatown, Mongolian Grill, Sizzler, Bowl and Platter, the Soda Fountain, which serves only soft drinks and ice cream.

Customers can choose from different kinds of food here. There are light meals served by some stalls. For instance, Gloria's fastfood serves sandwiches. Pasta House, aside from pasta itself, serves quesadillas and burritos. On the other hand, of course there are meals for those who are really hungry. Mongolian Grill serves bowls of seafood, chicken and beef, where in true Mongolian fashion, customers can actually put together their own meal choosing from a variety of toppings, and on the teriyaki and oyster sauce.
