History
University of the Philippines Organization of Novo Ecijanos (UP ONE) was founded on August 9, 2000. It was conceptualized Novo Ecijano UP Students in a fastfood chain somewhere in Quezon City. It was said that the fastfood restaurant was the ever popular McDonald's in PhilCoA.

Members
Members of the Organization are Isko's and Iska's living in Nueva Ecija but students with roots from Nueva Ecija are also welcome to join the organization.
