| After weeks of vacationing from editing iskWiki, I now returned.

| In fact, I was astonished to see developments here. And will be willing to be part of future and further developments. I was surprised too that I can now do protect some pages =)

I want to say that "D" word, but I was so overwhelmed that I finally finished the H*L* English 12 (...) and now finally deciding if I should take Chemistry 16 final exams... Sad to say that I was not included on the exemption list and the exam will be on Thursday.

| # I help fellow Wikipedians to translate few (and all) pages from English Wikipedia to Tagalog, and push my adminship there. I received recently the outline of all questions that a candidate should answer, but I ignore it up to this time. Tagalog Wikipedia is run by active 15 to 20 users most of them are administrators, few are bureaucrats, two bots. I was disappointed to see that IP users can create articles, and that I am pushing to call the site to be Filipino Wikipedia, not Tagalog, since Tagalog is very regionalized. On-going debate there, and Sky Harbor insists that Filipino and Tagalog are the same, quoting a passage spoken by Surian ng Wikang Pambansa director with unknown source., anyway.

Mabuti rin ang iyong plano tungkol sa pagpapalit ng pangalan ng Tagalog Wikipedia patungong Filipino Wikipedia. Bilang isang mag-aaral ng Filipino at Panitikan ng Pilipinas ay natutuwa ako sa katulad mo na mulat sa isyu ng ating pambansang wika at mga wika sa Pilipinas.

| First semester 2009-2010 was busy for me. The last time I visited Iskwiki was about 5 months ago (now is September 2009), and I am thinking of returning again.

| Last June 2009, I tried to login to Iskwiki, but I was surprised I cannot do that. Maybe they are fixing bugs. But it's okay. I can now login (with a unified login into ''.upd.edu.ph'' prefixed sites).

| I was very surprised by many developments here on iskwiki: I joined iskwiki sometime after it was announced through a tarp in Vinzons Hall bulletin. When I "left" iskwiki by some mid-April 2009, there were only (if my estimate is not a mistake ;)) around 300 pages here. Now, after 5 months, it gradually developed into 2,100 articles. If this development continues with the current rate, iskWiki will reach 10,000 at around 15 months. Very good.

| Second, the navigation toolbar is on the uppermost corner of the page now, with smooth curves for edges. It is really beautiful, and I like the design, as well as the sidebars. Fonts are also very good.

| Third, it is very interesting to incorporate Google Map of UP here on iskwiki. This will save disk space (if there is, I don't know what the term should I call for it), for the images to be uploaded. It provided maps accurate as possible and is flexible too. Fit for users.

| For the Main Page, I designed the main page to be flexible every day, if not possible, every week. I planned that at least, some of the contents of DYK (Did You Know?) changes, which, as possible, does not only features iskWiki but its benefits at at least 3 of its content article. I don't know what happened.

| Finally, I do not know what the subject of the "i" with an umlaut on the cute boxes on the Main Page. Those i's, ''ï'', I do not know why there are there. If possible, they are supposed to be the symbol | to emphasize division, but an i with an umlaut may confuse readers.

| That's all. I'll try to incorporate all my knowledge here in iskWiki, manage to fix my unfinished business about the community portal, and run scripts that I think will help. I am so glad that my user page is 7th most viewed here on iskwiki (see [[Special:Statistics|stat]]) even though this is not on article space.
