Creativity is a re-emerging discourse found in many recent studies but not in the field of social work. As an initial step to establish how is viewed by social work professionals, this study explores: what meanings research participants give to creativity; what they view as creative in their practice; and, what conditions in the workplace favor and hinder creativity. Using phenomenological approach, the research focuses on the social workers' :journeys in creativity."
