Perlita Frago-Marasigan (Ph.D., Kobe University) is an assistant professor of political science at the University of the Philippines, Diliman and current deputy director of the Third World Studies Center. She obtained her Master of Public Administration (MPA) and B.A. in political science degrees from U.P.
