The College Scholar or Dean's List is an honorific scholarship or merit award for students who attained a general weighted average of 1.75 (or at least cum laude standing) to 1.46 in use at the University of the Philippines System.
Most constituent universities use the term College Scholar while the University of the Philippines, Open University utilizes the term Dean's List. Consistent grant of this merit award will reward the student the Latin honor of Cum Laude upon graduation.
