The University Scholar or Chancellor's List is a merit award for students who attained a general weighted average of 1.45 (or at least magna cum laude standing) and above in use at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Most constituent universities use the term 'University Scholar' while the University of the Philippines, Open University utilizes the term 'Chancellor's List'. Consistent grant of this merit award will reward the student the Latin honor of Magna Cum Laude upon graduation.
