History
The UP Music Circle or UPMC is a university-based organization in UP Diliman which serves as a venue for music enthusiasts. UPMC promotes the appreciation of various musical forms and genres, the enhancement of musical talents and skills, and the use of music as a means for personal affirmation and a ground for social interaction.
