UP Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs or OVCSA is a unit tasked to attend to several non-academic needs of students such as counseling, discipline, scholarships, food service, housing, tutorials/learning centers, student/graduate assistantships, loans, organizations and visa requirements for international students.
Its office is located at the ground floor, South Wing of the Quezon Hall, University of the Philippines Diliman
