The OEC is a staff unit under the UP Diliman's Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, whose primary functions are:

• To coordinate the extension activities of operating UPD units;
  
• To generate data and other information needed for planning purposes or policy formulation; and
  
• To enforce policies, rules, standards and basic procedures of extension services.

The OEC facilitates the local and international linkages of UP Diliman and its international student exchange program.

(CSWCD) and the UP Tomo-Kai Club, the OEC expresses their gratitude to those who participated in the event and have shown their support to our friends in Japan.
