The most important element in instrumentation troubleshooting principles of measurement control technology is an accurate and reliable process measurement. Without it, efforts in improving product quality and production efficiency will definitely fail. This course provides an understanding of measurement and control of the four most common industrial process variables, namely: pressure, temperature, level, and flowrate. It presents discussions on the selection and utilization parameter of the different measuring devices and on control methods and modes as applied to specific process control problems. This course also provides practical information on maintenance, safety, and control systems.
