The UP Diliman campus is in a unique position to become a flagship for environmental sciences. In the College of Science are institutes capable of world-class research. These institutes are complemented by colleges with expertise in engineering, economics, the social and legal aspects thus making possible the pre-evaluation of emerging and existing technologies and projects regarding their possible impacts to society. Such a collection of capabilities and talents is duplicated nowhere else in the country. | The [[UP Diliman]] campus is in a unique position to become a flagship for environmental sciences.
