The band members were brought together through SET-UP, a music organization based in the University of the Philippines Baguio, in which they are members of . As of this date, 3 of the band's members study in UP Diliman while the bassist studies in UP Baguio. PFE's songs often talk about love, heart-break, failed relationships, class struggle, the oppression of the working and peasant class, and many more advocacies. PFE tries to create songs with significance to the masses and would want to connect personal trials to national issues. | |||
