Dr. Remigio Edgardo D. Ocenar is a Filipino urban planner and political scientist. He is an associate professor of public administration at the University of the Philippines Diliman and is director of the U.P. Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG).
A political scientist by training at the undergraduate level, he obtained his M.A. and Ph.D. in Urban & Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines.
