LIBRARY PRIVILEGES FOR UP PERSONNEL
- Employees of the University are entitled to library privileges. You may borrow books and other reading materials subject to existing library rules and regulations. You can secure a library permit from the assigned personnel of the library you wish to visit. This permit will serve as your library card.
- If you are a retiree, you are granted the privilege to borrow books from the UP Library with the use of borrower's card similar to the one issued to you when you were still in service. Upon your request, an ID card validated as "RETIRED" may be issued to you to replace the ID card which you surrendered upon retirement. If you are a retired faculty member, you may be granted off-premise reading privilege by the Board of Regents upon application and demonstration of special academic interest
