Emerald O. Flaviano is University Research Associate I of the Center. She is the coordinator of TWSC's volunteer internship program. She is also an Associate Editor of <i>Kasarinlan: Philippine Journal of Third World Studies</i>. She was a former volunteer intern in TWSC during her senior year as a BA Political Science student in UP Diliman. Ms. Flaviano is currently a graduate student of political science in the same university. Her research interests include political culture and democracy theory.
