This film is about how a contractual worker named Marko has its love life intertwined with his endo jobs. The story starts with his breakup with his current girlfriend at his job because his contract with the company has ended. Every time his job ends, his relationships also end. So, he will again find a new job where he will meet a girl named Emy, and together they will fight for the worker’s security of tenure.

This film is about and against endo or the vicious cycle of contractualization. The filmmaker used the concept of love as a metaphor for endo labor. The use and abuse of contractualization has only benefited the capitalists and those in authority that makes the workers, who are greatly disadvantaged by this, have no voice and no control over their wages, work benefits unsecured and uncertain.
