Launched at the start of the Academic Year 2006-2007, its formation began when the lack of a business-based advertising organization in the university was identified. UP AdCore was founded to respond to the growing number of students interested in the field of advertising. It is an organization dedicated to promoting awareness on effective and responsible advertising to the Filipino youth.
