Since she was also the director of the Office of the Director for Instruction (ODI) at that time, she was also supported by ODI's staff, Ms. Evangeline Dionisio. They processed the initial equipment and manpower of DILC.
On September 2003, Mr. Marc San Valentin was hired as developer of learning objects, DILC's initial project.
