History
[edit | edit source]University of the Philippines Organization of Novo Ecijanos (UP ONE) was founded on August 9, 2000. It was conceptualized Novo Ecijano UP Students in a fastfood chain somewhere in Quezon City. It was said that the fastfood restaurant was the ever popular McDonald's in PhilCoA.

[edit | edit source]Members of the Organization are Isko's and Iska's living in Nueva Ecija but students with roots from Nueva Ecija are also welcome to join the organization.
