Roman with a concert entitled &quot;Pagpupugay sa Pangulo&quot;.<br /> <br /> <br /> The invitational Tribute will be staged at university Theater at 7pm it is organized by the Office of the Chancellor, produced by the UP Diliman Information Office and the Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts under Prof. Ruben D.F.
