To: Deans, Directors, Head of Units, REPS and Administrative Staff

Subject: Reminder on the Observance of Flexible Working Hours

For proper implementation of the flexible working hours, kindly
refer to the attached memorandum from the Office of the
Vice President for Finance and Administration issued
October 16, 1998.

It must be emphasized that the head of units have the discretion
to implement internal rules in the observance of the flexible
working hours, in the purpose of responding to critical needs
of their units.
