	<br/><br/>Critically acclaimed and awarded in the performing arts, Njel de Mesa is a professional theater performer and teacher, multi-Palanca award-winning writer, a published author, an award-winning songwriter, arranger, record producer and musician, a member of the NCCA Committee on Dramatic Arts, FILSCAP, Katha and the founder of Koiné Theater Foundation, a voice and speech coach, a professional graphic designer for Anvil and DLSU Press, a professional production designer for Trumpets and other theater companies, an acclaimed dance teacher of all techniques and choreographer trained by Swiss Chamber Ballet, Powerdance, PBT, DanceArts. He judges annually for the UAAP Cheerdance Competition. <br/><br/>He has worked as a copywriter and creative account executive at Koiné TSG, ActivAsia, Stages Production Specialists and LiveWire and has taught in DLSU, Ateneo, PNU, UST, Assumption, St. Paul’s, Poveda, Don Bosco, CCP and Temple Hill I.S. Njel de Mesa was the Departmental awardee for I.S. batch 2000 and has also won Ateneo’s Dean’s Awards for the Arts, Meg Magazine’s 50 young achievers of 2003, Chalk’s Young & Beautiful Batch of 100, and was adjudged Most Outstanding Individual for Service and Excellence.
