Quiambao, D.G. (2017). Mga Paru-Parong Liwayway, Unpublished Undergraduate Thesis, University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication.

Mga Paru-Parong Liwayway is an experimental film that expresses the experiences, realities and complexities that prevail in the present generation of Filipino Migrant Families which is Migratory Separation and its complex consequences bearing on the relationships within the Family. Through the use of the essence of the Pieta, a recitation of the “Our Father” read together with an original poem delivered containing excerpts of the prayer “Our Father”, written by the film-maker, and narrated by his immediate family members.
