The UP Health Service has a '''Nutrition Clinic''' where all UP students, faculty employees or their dependents can consult. 
Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday 9-11:30 am and 1-3:30 pm and Friday 9-11:30 am.

 All UP Diliman Freshmen who are either 
*underweight
* overweight or
* obese 
are seen in the clinic to help them attain normal weight <br />while they are enrolled in the university.

The biggest loser in this program was a computer science student who lost 140 pounds, graduated cum laude and finished his course in 3 /12 years! He was hypertensive at 16 years but graduated with normal blood pressure. No medicines were used. He just needed to lose weight.Below are his pictures before and after his weight reduction.
