"May Aswang Sa Bahay" ay tungkol sa paghihinala ni Andoy (Angelou Adalaoayon) na isang aswang ang tatay niyang si Ariel (Karl Medina) pagkatapos umuwi galing sa ibang bansa, bunga ng imahinasyon at kwento ni Simang (Mila Imperial). Matapos ang away ni Ariel at Lisa (Thea Yrastorza) matutuklasan ni Andoy kung sino ang tunay na aswang sa bahay niya. Tinatalakay ng maikling pelikula ang komplikasyon sa buhay ng isang pamilyang may overseas Filipino worker.
