'''Professor Dan A. Saguil''' is a resident faculty teaching the program and project development management course at the [[UP National College of Public Administration and Governance]] of the University of the Philippines. Ranked as an Associate Professor, he is the director of the Supply and Property Management Office of the University of the Philippines Diliman. Professor Saguil was also the director of the Center of Policy & Executive Development (CPED) of UPD-NCPAG.
