'''Department Profile'''. The Department offers degree programs at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The Ph.D. program aims to train those who wish to be educators in the field of chemical engineering. The Ph.D. graduate is capable of engaging in academic research that advances knowledge in various fields of chemical engineering. The MS ChE program seeks to endow students with advanced chemical engineering education while the undergraduate program BS Chemical Engineering (BS ChE) provides the basic preparation for entry into the profession. 

The Department is also very active in the multidepartmental Energy and Environmental Engineering Graduate Programs of the College of Engineering.
