==We Are Broad Ass== The UP Broadcasting Association, or UP Broad Ass, is a non-stock, non-profit academic organization and student creatives outfit based at the UP College of Mass Communication. We create socially relevant productions, hold events that promote media-related campaigns and advocacies, and handle event coverage for our partners. We manage to inspire and involve the youth in social action. Since its founding in 1968, Broad Ass has joined the ranks of the more prominent organizations in the university, having produced illustrious names in the industry today such as Tessie Tomas, Loren Legarda, Maryo de los Reyes, Luchi Cruz-Valdes, Ogie Alcasid, Raz de la Torre, Mariz Umali, Chico Garcia, among others
