Description: A curing ritual practiced in Abucay in Bataan. The kagong involves 12
:medikos, men and women between the ages of 45 to 60. The medikos begin the diagnosis by chanting
:together in low voices as they place on a plate their medals, stones and dried leaves of different
:sizes and shapes. Two men play the guitar and two or more play the banduria while the medikos dance
:and shout around the patient who has been made to sit in the middle of the circle.
