SUBJECT: Campus Safety and Security

:In compliance with the attached memorandum on campus safety and security (Memorandum No. AAS-09-32 dated 17 March 2009), may i enjoin you to please submit the following:
#Floor plan of your building(s)indicating all emergency exit points
#Status of wiring system of your building(s)
#Inventory of fire escapes, fire extinguishers and fire hoses of your building(s)

:We would appreciate receiving the above information on or before March 25, 2009. Please submit a hard and electronic copy of the pertinent documents to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (ovcca@up.edu.ph).
