It was officially recognized as a CSSP-based organization on the 27th of July of that same year. The founders, composed of ex-seminarians and ex-applicants of other philosophy organizations, envisioned to bring back the lost glory of Philosophy and create a unique Filipino philosophy that would alleviate the oppressive lives of the Filipino masses. They numbered about 21 in all.<br /> <br /> <br /> The UP Kabataang Pilosopo Tasyo (UP KaPiTas) is a College of Social Sciences and Philosophy-based socio-academic organization pursuing the following OBJECTIVES:<br /> <br /> <br /> 1.
