==History==
The UP Advertising Core or UP AdCore, UP's first and premier advertising organization based in the College of Business Administration. Launched at the start of the Academic Year 2006-2007, its formation began when the lack of a business-based advertising organization in the university was identified. UP AdCore was founded to respond to the growing number of students interested in the field of advertising. It is an organization dedicated to promoting awareness on effective and responsible advertising to the Filipino youth.

==UP AdCore==
The UP Advertising Core (UP AdCore) is the only student-run, not-for-profit organization and student advertising agency based in the College of Business Administration (CBA) of the University of the Philippines, Diliman (UP Diliman).

Our Pool of Creative Professionals
We are an organization of almost one hundred young and dynamic advertising enthusiasts from all colleges and schools of UP Diliman. Dominated by student members and alumni from the College of Business Administration, College of Fine Arts and College of Mass Communication, we are your pitch-perfect team of portfolio-backed artists and marketers.

We also take pride in being mentored by three of UP Diliman faculty’s best. Our head organization adviser, Mr. Raymund Acedera, is the founder and managing partner of BranDev Consulting, a Brand Development company. Our two other organization advisers are corporate and academe distinguished marketing experts Mr. Nicardo Falcis and Mr. Nestle Jeturian (owner of JE Distributorship Inc. & former Unilever Marketing Manager).

Our Portfolio of Steadfast Excellence
Marketing: UP AdCore boasts of being one of the home organizations of student winners in Marketing and Advertising competitions produced and/or participated in by UP CBA.

Creatives: Something we would like you to see for yourself, our creatives portfolio is a collection of campaign outputs from internal projects to client partnerships made by our artists mostly from the respected institution of the UP College of Fine Arts.
