It shall contain an outline<br /> of the titles, brief descriptions, and the links to the US Code, the different State<br /> Codes of the United States of America (Mainland), and other relevant research <br /> materials.<br /> <br /> D. Research Updates on the US Code<br /> <br /> Dir. Disini proposed that the members explore the US Code, understand how it <br /> was divided into subcategories and find out where certain topics were inserted in <br /> the Code. Further, he suggested that the differentoutlines of the different State<br /> codes in the USA be studied and compared with one another. By looking at these <br /> outlines, the principle or ruling behind their structure could be discovered. He<br /> recommended a review of the US Court System since Federal Laws which govern <br /> interstate activities are distinct and have a separate jurisdiction from State <br /> Laws.
